HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES

Our housekeeping team ensures that the villa is cleaned once a day between 10am and 5pm. Guests are provided with towels and linen as part of the stay. Bed and Bath Linen is changed every alternate day.

MEALS

Our pricing does not include meals, however the kitchen has all the equipment required for you to whip up a gourmet meal if you so desire. You could also inform us your culinary desires and we could help you to satisfy it.

LONG-TERM STAYS

Our villa offers the perfect accommodation for work-from-home relocations and extended vacations. Take advantage of our generous monthly discounts, to know more get in touch with us.

  • A security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- for short stays (cash or credit card block) and Rs. 50,000/- for long-duration stays (cash only) is collected from guests at check-in. Deductions will be made from this towards any damages to the property or missing items.
  • Consumption of illegal substances is prohibited on the premises.
  • Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Smoking indoors is not allowed. If violated, a cleaning fee of Rs 10,000/- will be charged per room to cover deodorising costs.
  • We maintain a strict 'no visitor' policy. Accurate details of all guests staying in the villa as well as information in the check-in form (number of guests, composition of the group, etc) are required when booking and during check-in. We are unable to offer access to Visitors to stay who are not part of the reservation.
  • Typically, we are unable to accommodate pets, but can make an exception for some owners at an additional cost. Please confirm the same with our reservation team before booking.
  • Our handpicked location is in a serene and residential locality. Loud music and parties beyond 10pm are not permitted.
  • Cancellations made 45 days before the check-in date: 100% refund*
  • Cancellations made 45-25 days before check-in date: 50% refund*
  • No refund available for cancellations made within 25 days of check-in
  • Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please confirm availability and cost for early check-ins and late check-outs with our guest relationship manager at least 12 hours in advance.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years
  • Government regulations require us to take photocopies of a valid photo identity card and address proof of all guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted. We are unable to proceed with check-in without these documents and the booking will be considered a 'no show' without a refund.
  • The rate per night does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, personal chef's fees, extra linen and towels, etc.
